Learn How To Pray The Rosary of The Blessed Virgin.

Saying the Rosary in meditation is one of the highest forms of prayer through which we venerate Mary (centered on her son Jesus) and deepen our awareness of the meaning of Jesus' life, death, resurrection, and ascension. The Knights of Columbus, under the leadership of Supreme Knight Virgil C. Dechant, have pledged devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and present a special "Knights of Columbus Rosary" to each new member enrolled in the society.

Marian devotion expresses an authentic Catholic spirituality altogether suited to both the present and the future of the people of God. Join with us as we meditate on the unfolding mysteries of Jesus Christ in the World. Also read about our Lady's 15 promises to those who recite the Rosary.

As a General rule, the Joyful Mysteries are said on Monday and Thursday; the Sorrowful Mysteries on Tuesday and Friday; the Glorious Mysteries on Wednesday and Saturday. Depending on the season, each of the Mysteries is recommended for Sunday. For each set of mysteries; Joyful (J), Sorrowful (S), and Glorious (G), there is one mystery to meditate on for each of the five decades. As you say the ten Hail Marys, meditate on each specific mystery.
